This is a night shift position in the grocery department, responsible for maintaining pricing, stocking, and rotation of merchandise.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist in unloading merchandise and transporting stock to storage areas.
• Open cartons, price items accurately, and ensure shelves are fully stocked according to tag allocations.
• Assist in building store displays and rotate perishable merchandise, removing out-of-code products as needed.
• Control damaged goods and maintain a neat presentation of the assigned section at the end of the shift.
• Observe store policies and procedures, greet customers, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Follow all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Supplemental Job Functions

• Maintain price and protection programs, keep sales and back room areas tidy, and assist with front-end service when necessary.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and properly tag merchandise, maintain inventory, and ensure product rotation.
• Ability to unload, transport, and place merchandise, including reaching top racks (approximately 20% of shift).
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds at least 40% of the time.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
