Job summary

Saputo, Inc. in Friendship, NY, is seeking a 3rd shift Cooler Warehouse Operator to safely load/unload finished goods and manage FIFO inventory. You will use lift trucks and pallet jacks, operate warehouse software, and document shipments accurately while maintaining safety and GMP standards.

The role requires forklift certification, strong math, good communication, and a reliable work history. This on-site position offers full-time hours and rotating shifts with weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Truck certification and maintain certification.
• Experience in warehouse operations in a shipping/receiving role; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong math and computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; good attendance a must.

Responsibilities

• Safe loading and unloading of finished goods and trailers following specs.
• Accurate FIFO inventory control and use of warehouse management tools.
• Operate material handling equipment (lift trucks, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Prepare shipping/receiving records and complete documents neatly.
• Support internal/external audits and compliance with GMP/food safety.
• Operate yard tractor to move trailers; follow SOPs and safety protocols.
