Eurest in Manassas, VA, is seeking a Night Cook for a full-time role at the Micron site. Shifts run roughly 5:00 pm–5:30 am, including weekdays and weekend evenings. The position provides opportunities to work within a high-volume kitchen and deliver quality meals to the client.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes.
• Serves meals and prepares for delivery with proper portions.
• Maintains correct temperatures and presentation.
• Follows established ticket procedures during service.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance needs or faulty equipment to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
