Eurest, part of Compass Group, is hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor at Micron in Manassas, VA. The position features an evening shift from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am with weekend requirements.

You will direct associates during a shift, train staff, schedule work, evaluate performance, and ensure quality, productivity and safety. Culinary knowledge, FOH experience, and strong customer service are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure job expectations are met.
• Train and create work schedules for staff.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
