Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Night Construction Superintendent in Orlando, FL to oversee onsite operations, enforce safety, coordinate subcontractors, and drive project progress. You will lead weekly meetings, prepare daily reports, and ensure work aligns with plans and codes.

You will monitor milestones, manage logistics for night work, and collaborate with the Project Manager and engineers to resolve issues while maintaining high-quality finish across trades.

Qualifications

• Experience leading subcontractors and coordinating trade teams.
• Strong planning and scheduling capability with CPM basics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly coordination, scheduling, and safety meetings.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports.
• Develop and manage subcontractor schedules to keep the project on track.
• Track milestones and communicate schedule status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics and sequencing to avoid delays, including night work.
• Identify long-lead items and work with engineers to minimize impact.
• Assist with RFIs and punch-list resolution.
• Maintain onsite documentation and permits.
