Village Crossing at Worman's Mill is seeking an Overnight Concierge / Security to welcome residents and guests, support daily operations, and assist with administrative duties in a senior living community.

The role emphasizes hospitality, confidentiality, and teamwork, with evenings and weekend shifts. Prior reception experience is preferred, and the team culture focuses on compassionate, service-driven care for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency with office equipment and software (computer, phone system, copier).
• Compassionate, patient, and able to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression.
• Answer phones promptly with proper greeting and route calls as needed.
• Sort and distribute mail to appropriate departments and assist with clerical tasks.
• Escort visitors or residents to appropriate areas and maintain confidentiality.
