citizenM Seattle is seeking a passionate Night Receptionist to join the Hotels team, delivering warm, personal service through the night shift.

You’ll handle check-ins on kiosks, prepare breakfast, brew coffee, act as concierge, and assist guests with requests, all while maintaining a welcoming living room.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or guest-facing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work at night and on weekends.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a memorable night-time welcome.
• Assist guests at self check-in kiosks (no front desk).
• Prepare and serve breakfast and meals; maintain kitchen area.
• Brew coffee or mix cocktails for guests.
• Act as a city concierge, sharing recommendations and local tips.
• Maintain the living room and organize food displays for shifts.
• Handle guest requests and assist with facility needs; manage reservations in the PMS.
• Oversee night operations and safeguard guests during emergencies.
