Qualifications

• Completion of a CNA program; Advanced CNA preferred.
• Unit Clerk course or equivalent on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Processes orders and patient charges accurately and timely.
• Answers telephone and call lights promptly, relaying information as needed.
• Maintains medical records for current patients.
• Floats to units as needed and supports department activities.
• Maintains a clean and safe patient environment.
• Assists with visitor direction and wayfinding.
• Verifies accuracy of charges entered.
