CoxHealth is seeking Nurse Assistant Trainees for the night shift to provide essential patient care under the supervision of nursing staff. Responsibilities include taking vitals, assisting with activities of daily living, and reporting changes in patient condition. Training may lead to certification in unlicensed assistive roles.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and prior healthcare exposure is helpful. BLS is required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Education preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience preferred: 3 months patient care or health care related experience or relevant training.
• Skills: verbal and written communication, time management, analytical/problem solving, multi-tasking, reliability.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic patient care under nursing staff direction.
• Take vitals, bathe, dress, move patients, change linens, and perform assigned tasks.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff or clinical educator.
