Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
• Take vitals, bathe, dress, move patients, change linens and perform other duties as assigned.
• Obtain information on patient condition as requested by the nursing staff and report any changes.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment and document care as required.
