Job summary

CoxHealth South in Springfield, MO, is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants to provide basic patient care under nursing supervision during the night shift. You will take vitals, assist with bathing and mobility, and help maintain patient comfort and safety.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and MO CNA certification or readiness to obtain within 120 days. Sign-on and relocation bonuses may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3 months experience as a nursing assistant or related healthcare role preferred.
• Missouri CNA license or eligibility and license within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under nursing supervision (vitals, bathing, dressing, moving patients, changing linens).
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Assist with routine tasks and maintain a clean, safe patient environment.
