Job summary

Blessing Health System is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Patient Care Assistant (PCA) for the General Medical/Neurology unit. The role covers 7 PM–7 AM shifts with weekend and holiday rotations, offering competitive benefits and a shift differential where applicable.

Responsibilities include patient care under RN supervision and support of non-nursing duties, serving a wide adult population with various medical conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• C.N.A certification in good standing on the IDPH Registry.
• PCA or SNA - completed one of: Patient Care Experience; CNA Program; nursing program (SNA).

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care activities under RN supervision.
• Support non-nursing tasks on the unit as needed.
• Provide care across age groups from infant to geriatric, per patient plan.
