Job summary

CNA Assisted Living in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time night shift. The role requires MO/KS CNA certification as applicable and CPR preferred.

On-site work with a schedule of 11pm-7am, across Week 1 and Week 2 rotations, supporting memory care residents. Responsibilities include direct resident care, ADL assistance, accurate vital signs recording, charting, and collaboration with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• MO CNA certification required (KS certification if KS) and CPR preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and assist with ADLs.
• Record temperatures, pulses, respirations, and weights accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort of residents.
• Report information to supervising nurse promptly.
• Complete nursing care documentation to meet state and facility requirements.
• May assist with custodial, food service, or wheelchair escorts.
• Assist with eating when necessary.
• Participate in care planning and case conferences.
• Follow all policies, safety rules, and procedures.
