Job summary

• Experience with EMR systems is helpful.
• Previous work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic care to residents safely and timely.
• Perform personal hygiene and routine care.
• Record care on flow sheets and document assessments.
• Assist with transfers, positioning and ambulation.
• Respond to residents and report to charge nurse.
• Participate in code situations as chest compressor or recorder.
• Maintain patient rights and PPE compliance.
