Job summary

Terros Health is seeking an Overnight Clinician Aide to support clients in a residential setting. You will supervise non-therapeutic groups, assist in self-administration of medications, and monitor client behaviors while coordinating care with staff.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED, 6 weeks of behavioral health experience, and the ability to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. The shift runs 11:00pm–7:15am Fri–Mon, totaling 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) weeks of relevant employment experience in behavioral health or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Observe and directly facilitate support to clients during the therapeutic day.
• Facilitate recreational activities and independent living skills.
• Oversee medication self-administration observations and basic first aid as needed.
• Complete timely documentation and pass observations to the next shift.
