Job summary

Terros Health is seeking an Overnight Clinician Aide to support clients in a residential setting. You will conduct screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care, while supervising medication processes and documenting observations.

The role emphasizes direct support through Independent Living Skills activities, health and wellness promotion, transportation, and emergency response under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Observes, interacts, and facilitates support to clients throughout the therapeutic day.
• Oversees non-therapeutic groups skills training and monitors client behaviors.
• Administers basic first aid and observes self-administration of medications when appropriate.
• Completes timely documentation and passes observations to the next shift.
• Coordinates care tasks, crisis management, and de-escalation as needed.
