You will oversee daily unit operations, coordinate staffing, and lead interdisciplinary rounds, while supporting the director and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Current and valid state Registered Nurse license.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS certification required on hire and maintained.
• ACLS certification required on hire and maintained.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.

Aufgaben

• Directs daily unit operations (Charge Nurse): assign staff to patients, triage admissions, balance workloads, and lead interdisciplinary rounds.
• Support department operations (Clinical Supervisor): schedule management, onboarding, chart audits, and hiring needs.
• Provide frontline leadership: manage escalations, fill staffing gaps, ensure continuity of care and operations.
• Perform direct patient care as needed, within scope of practice.
