Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program; BSN strongly preferred.
• RN license required; BLS required.
• Experience with computer systems including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient throughput by assessing unit needs and allocating resources.
• Leads response to Code Help policy with Admission Facilitator and ED.
• Provides clinical consultation, education and mentoring to staff.
• Responds to staff performance issues and participates in staff evaluations.
• Rounds on clinical units to address acuity, staff and patient concerns.
• Responds to patient care emergencies and educates staff on response standards.
