Qualifications

• BSN degree is required.
• Massachusetts RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.

• Charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee off-shift operations (afternoons, evenings, nights) and weekend call rotation.
• Manage field logistics and scheduling to optimize patient care and admissions/discharges.
• Support staff in managing patient and family needs and clinical triage.
• Educate frontline staff and contribute to ongoing education of all staff.
• Collaborate with leadership on quality safety and performance initiatives.
