Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Clinical Care Technician to join the Emergency Department at Main Hospital in New Brunswick. You will support RNs with vital signs, patient mobility, and personal care while helping monitor conditions and carry out care plans.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a current American Heart Association BLS certification; CNA experience preferred. Schedule: 2 shifts per week (24 hours total) from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, with every other weekend and some

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CNA preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification mandatory.
• Nursing assistant experience or clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vital signs, mobility and personal care.
• Support RNs, monitor patient conditions and care plans.
• Record patient information in EHR with confidentiality.
• Apply infection control protocols and ensure patient safety.
• Communicate with patients, families and care team.
