Job summary

Ideal candidates have basic cleaning experience and can work independently or with a team. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, restroom upkeep, trash removal, snow/debris removal, and reporting repairs to supervisors. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – E-Verify.
• Able to work nights and with minimal supervision.
• Able to communicate potential problems to supervisors quickly.
• Able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and upkeep.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Lock up the facility and arm alarms if required.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies.
• Coordinate with contract cleaning service as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
