Job summary

Legacy Maintenance Services, LLC is seeking a Cleaner to maintain clean and orderly buildings in Hilliard, OH. The role involves heavy cleaning tasks including floor care, rug shampooing, restroom sanitation, and waste removal, with a focus on pride and ownership of duties.

Responsibilities include floor cleaning, trash disposal, glass and surface cleaning, dusting, solution mixing, and reporting safety issues.

Qualifications

Commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

General cleaning of building, keeping it maintained and in good condition.
Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas.
Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers.
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors.
Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas.
Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.
Identify and report all safety equipment maintenance issues.
Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Complete necessary trainings as required.
Other tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
