Legacy Maintenance Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Day Cleaner in Dublin, OH. The role involves keeping buildings clean and orderly, performing heavy cleaning tasks, and ensuring restrooms, floors, and surfaces are well maintained.

Responsibilities include following safety protocols, using cleaning solutions correctly, and reporting maintenance needs to supervision. The position emphasizes reliability and the ability to work Mon-Fri, 10am–2pm.

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of building, keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas.
• Identify and report all safety equipment maintenance issues.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
