Job summary

Legacy Maintenance Services, LLC is seeking a Night Cleaner (part-time, Monday to Friday) at our Polaris, OH site. The role involves keeping buildings clean and orderly, performing heavy cleaning duties, and taking pride in a job well done.

You will work evenings at a rate of $15.50 per hour, with opportunities to grow within the organization. Candidates should have basic English reading skills and be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of building and maintaining it in good condition.
• Empty wastebaskets and manage trash disposal.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Sanitize restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Spot clean glass and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls and equipment.
• Mix cleaning solutions per specifications.
• Identify and report safety equipment issues.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Attend required trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
