Job summary

Conagra Brands in Council Bluffs, IA is hiring a CIP Operator for the 3rd shift (10:30 PM–7:00 AM) to inspect and sanitize equipment, ensuring GMP and 5S standards are met.

You will work under the Sanitation Supervisor with a team of about 60, helping prepare production equipment for cleaning and conducting visual and swab inspections to maintain food safety.

Qualifications

• Lockout Tagout certification required.
• Knowledge of plant safety and waste disposal methods a must.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; physical stamina required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and work areas for sanitation and safety.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment per policy and procedures.
• Prepare production equipment for cleaning following Lockout Tagout protocols.
• Perform pre-operational sanitation inspections to minimize downtime.
