Conagra Brands in Council Bluffs, IA, is seeking an Equipment Operator for a 4:00 PM-2:00 AM shift. You will rotate across process areas, operate and monitor automated equipment, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in production runs.

Reports to a scheduled crew and collaborates across the line. Responsibilities include reading recipes in English, using SAP for ingredient weighing, and performing daily safety and quality checks while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of manufacturing work experience.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience using SAP for production tasks.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and ensure production equipment is ready for runs and batches.
• Prepare and weigh dry and liquid ingredients per recipes in English using SAP.
• Monitor quality and safety checks and audits of equipment and personnel.
• React to equipment conditions and manage cleaning and sanitation.
• Maintain SOPs and technical documentation in English as needed.
• Operate and maintain automated production equipment.
• Train and coach team members on quality standards and safety.
