Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in healthcare industry is required.
• Experience in pharma labs with QA and cGMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing and inspections of components per SOPs and specs.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GLP, cGMP, USP guidelines and records.
• Review validation protocols and reports; ensure quality data.
• Lead projects with minimal supervision and mentor staff.
• Maintain safe, productive lab environment and training plans.
• Prepare SOPs, memos, and lab documentation as needed.
