WellStar Kennestone Regional Medical Center is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Telemetry/Heart Failure unit on the Night shift. This role directs daily unit activities and provides clinical leadership to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

As part of the Cardiac Service Line, you will work with an interdisciplinary team to support patients with heart failure and related conditions, ensuring comprehensive care and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Georgia with current license.
• Experience in cardiac telemetry or heart failure care preferred.
• Ability to lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily unit activities on assigned shift to ensure safe delivery of care.
• Provide leadership in staffing, unit flow, and nurse performance.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
