Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• RN licensure in Georgia and certifications (ACLS/BLS) required.
• Experience in acute care or telemetry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the daily activities of the unit on an assigned shift to ensure safe delivery of care.
• Manage staffing, patient flow, and bed assignments to optimize unit operations.
• Collaborate with physicians, managers and care teams to maintain high quality patient outcomes.
