Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Unit-specific certification (ACLS, PALS, etc.) as required.
• BSN completed or enrolled with plan to complete within four years of hire.
• One year of nursing experience in the assigned unit preferred.
• Mentoring experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical expertise on the night shift.
• Coordinate unit resources and staffing to meet patient needs and budget.
• Delegate and supervise the interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with licensure and policies.
