Night Shift Incentive

Job summary

UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, CO seeks an experienced RN for nights in MedSurg North. The role is on-site with a busy unit, direct patient care, and a focus on evidence-based practice.

Pay ranges from $40.86 to $63.33 per hour and includes a quarterly night shift incentive of $1,600 for full-time night staff. Schedule is 72 hours per pay period with 2 weeks between cycles.

Qualifications

• RN license current in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required within 3 years of start date.
• BLS certification required at start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for outcomes.
• Precept and orient new staff and students as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality, and evidence-based practice on unit.
