Job summary

Americare Senior Living is actively seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) to provide frontline clinical leadership and exceptional resident care within our Skilled Nursing community in Osage City, KS. You’ll oversee nursing services during shifts, supervise caregiving teams, and ensure residents’ needs are met with compassion while complying with Americare standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services during assigned shifts.
• Supervise caregiving teams (LPNs, CNAs, CMAs).
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols.
• Complete resident assessments and care plans; document clinical data.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to families, physicians, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations.
