• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned nursing unit.
• Coordinate staff assignments, supervise licensed and non-licensed personnel.
• Collaborate with physicians and other teams to deliver safe patient care.
• Monitor patient safety, throughput, and caregiver safety; ensure compliance with safety goals.
• Rounding with medical staff and acting as primary nurse contact during shifts.
• Manage patient flow, admissions, and discharge processes within set timeframes.
