INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in OKC, OK seeks a Full-Time, Days, Registered Nurse Charge to lead nursing units, ensure patient safety, and supervise staff. This role supports collaboration with physicians and internal/external teams to deliver safe patient care.

The charge nurse will oversee assignments, monitor patient flow, and uphold standards, with potential to float as needed and adherence to safety practices and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• RN license in Oklahoma required.
• ASN is required, BSN within two years preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day nursing unit operations and patient safety.
• Coordinate caregiver assignments and liaise with physicians and leadership.
• Plan staffing and ensure timely patient throughput and discharge planning.
• Ensure proper breaks and conduct safety huddles before each shift.
