Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse in Georgia with active license.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily unit activities on assigned shift to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Lead and support staff, including scheduling and unit patient flow management.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and participate in rounds and hand-offs.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and timely and promote a safe, respectful clinical environment.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and participate in shared governance.
• Mentor and preceptor new staff and students to develop clinical skills.
