Job summary

Crossville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an Evening Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment is required.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, patient, and dependable personality.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized overnight.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, repositioning, toileting).
• Monitor vital signs and observe for changes in condition.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Maintain a safe, calm, and clean environment.
• Work collaboratively with licensed nurses and fellow team members.
• Document care accurately and timely.
