Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions, Inc. in Fargo, ND seeks an experienced Shuttle Driver. This CDL-backed role mainly works on company property with occasional short-haul trips to customer sites.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, cargo securing, trailer spotting, and DOT paperwork. Minimum one year of experience and a valid Class A CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements (or willingness to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, or willingness to obtain.
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer and straight trucks safely on company property and public roads.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain records per DOT guidelines.
• Load/unload, secure cargo, and manage paperwork (BOLs, receipts) at stops.
• Spot and reposition trailers to ensure dock alignment and timely loading.
• Communicate trailer status and any issues to dispatch promptly.
