Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking a Class A Shuttle/Yard Driver for Fargo, ND. This hybrid shuttle role moves trailers on-site and off-site, with a focus on yard management and delivery yard operations.

The position is non-exempt, full-time with a schedule Monday–Friday, 7pm–5am. Compensation is $36.00 per hour, with annual earnings around $93,000 depending on overtime and route demands.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Must have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or be willing to obtain; renewals reimbursable.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer combinations safely on company property (≈85%) and on public roadways for short-haul shuttle runs (≈15%).
• Hook/unhook, couple/uncouple, and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Pickup/drop-off trailers at customer facilities, intermodal and partner sites; maintain dock and yard organization.
