Job summary

Clasen Quality Chocolate (CQC) in Watertown, WI is hiring for Warehouse Spotters on the night shift to support inbound/outbound shipping, inventory control and load qualifications. You will operate a spotter tractor, manage loading/unloading, and ensure FEFO rotation while maintaining accurate records and safety standards.

The role requires a CDL Class A, forklift experience, and familiarity with WMS systems; excellent English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of industrial warehouse experience including forklift operation and shipping/receiving.
• WMS experience is required; knowledge of Navision is a plus.
• CDL Class A is required; valid driving license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Operate the spotter tractor to maneuver trailers and trucks.
• Unload bulk sugar/oil loads and verify shipments.
• Maintain records for inbound/outbound shipments; use FEFO/product rotation.
• Move ingredients and finished goods using inventory systems and racks.
• Inspect and process paperwork (BOLs, orders, ProFormas).
• Interact with drivers, customers and other departments; follow safety/quality policies.
