Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Driver (Transport) to move parcels between terminals. The role includes consistent Monday–Friday hours, potential weekly overtime, and a sign-on bonus.

Begin with a base pay of $28.00–$35.50 per hour, with pay reflecting experience and internal equity. Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, reporting mileage and maintenance, and collaborating with other drivers.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to obtain a doubles/triples endorsement.
• Able to perform pre-trip inspections and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a pre-trip inspection before driving to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment are in good working order.
• Turn in pre-trip form and complete mileage and maintenance forms.
• Drive between terminals to transport parcels.
• Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and company safety policies.
• Wash the exterior of tractor and equipment daily.
• Assist other drivers with loading, delivery, or pick up as needed.
