Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) is seeking an Overnight Street Sweeper (CDL B) for the Shippingport, PA area on a 3rd shift. The role involves operating a street sweeper, following safety procedures, and maintaining clean streets on assigned routes.

The ideal candidate has a CDL-B with a DOT medical card and at least 1 year of DOT driving experience, preferably in waste or recycling. Wage is $27/hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus; travel is low and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• CDL-B license required and DOT medical card.
• Minimum 1 year DOT driving experience, preferably in waste or recycling.
• Must maintain an acceptable driving record and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Operate street sweeper safely and follow traffic laws and site protocols.
• Complete routes on time with attention to quality and safety.
• Report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly to management.
• Maintain professional communication with team, supervisors, and clients.
