Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America in Shippingport, PA is hiring for a Day Street Sweeper (CDL B) on a full-time basis. The role drives a street sweeper on assigned routes during the 1st shift and requires a CDL-B license with a DOT Medical Card, and at least 21 years old. A sign-on bonus of $2,000 applies and travel is low.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year DOT driving experience preferred.
• CDL-B license and DOT Medical Card required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass MVR check, background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate street sweeper on assigned routes on a first shift.
• Maintain safety inspections and condition of equipment.
• Complete logs and documentation for routes and incidents.
• Communicate with supervisors and clients as needed.
• Ensure on-time attendance and reliable shift performance.
