Job summary

Van Eerden Foodservice is seeking a Night Shuttle Driver to transport double trailers from our Grand Rapids distribution center to drop yards in Michigan or Indiana, then return to Grand Rapids. The night shift runs Sunday through Thursday, with an 8:00 PM start and about 6:00 AM finish.

Responsibilities include safe, accurate deliveries, daily DOT inspections, and adherence to FMCSA hours of service. New hires receive paid training with the opportunity to earn more through the component pay

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 1 year of driving experience preferred or CDL-A license.
• Must meet all DOT requirements including a valid CDL-A license and doubles endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, accurate, and timely deliveries of double trailers to and from Grand Rapids DC.
• Perform daily DOT vehicle inspections and maintain equipment.
• Comply with FMCSA hours of service and DOT regulations.
• Follow all company safety policies; duties may expand as needed.
