Qualifications

• Experience in front-end checkout and customer service.
• Ability to operate scanners, registers and related equipment.
• Comfort with handling cash, coupons, and refunds.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and ensure proper service levels and courtesy from all associates.
• Perform product scanning and processing of customer order in an accurate, efficient and prompt manner.
• Ensure properly handling of all forms of tender and coupons.
• Ensure accurate handling of all voids, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Assist with customer questions or requests.
• Assist with front end maintenance and cleaning.
