North Pacific Seafoods, Inc in Kodiak, AK is seeking a Night Case Up Supervisor to oversee the case up department on the night shift and coordinate with other departments to meet production goals. This role supervises about 25+ crew members, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, and reports to the Plant Manager.

The plant operates year-round. The Night Case Up Supervisor will ensure resources are available and collaborate with other teams to optimize output while maintaining safety standards

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 5+ years of experience in the Alaska seafood industry.
• Ability to work long hours, seven days a week during peak season.
• Ability and willingness to work year-round in Kodiak, AK.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develops shift assignments and manages a crew of 25+ employees.
• Manages case up to achieve optimum labor goals.
• Assists with attendance checks for the night shift crew.
• Organizes and reports case up workflow daily.
• Reports injuries; investigates unsafe conditions as needed and addresses them.
• Ensures resources are available to meet production goals and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
