Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 5+ years of experience in the Alaska seafood industry
• Ability to work with a culturally diverse group
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Ability to work long hours, seven days a week during peak season
• Willing to work in Kodiak, AK year-round
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential

Responsibilities

• Develops shift assignments and leads a crew of 25+ employees.
• Manages case up to achieve optimum labor goals.
• Checks and enforces attendance for the night crew.
• Organizes and reports case up workflow daily.
• Reports injuries and initiates investigations; addresses unsafe conditions.
• Ensures case up lines have resources to meet production goals.
• Ensures plant operations meet regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
