Job summary

Jimco Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a full-time Cart/Equipment Maintenance Technician/Truck Leader to service supermarket facilities at night across Tennessee and Kentucky.

This hands-on, field-based role operates as a two-person crew with a dedicated service truck and requires reliability and mechanical aptitude. The position entails night outdoor work, DOT compliance, and travel, with starting pay of $925 per week plus additional reactive pay opportunities for completed orders and backlog

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive maintenance and minor repairs on industrial or retail equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot field issues and perform repairs on site.
• Comfortable working at night and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate as part of a two-person crew.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening and have a clean 5-year MVR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair rolling grocery store equipment (carts, floats, bakery racks, etc.).
• Serve as/operate within a two-person service crew on a nightly route across TN and KY.
• Accurately record time worked and tasks completed (production, vehicle maintenance, admin, reactive work orders).
• Coordinate with the corporate office and ensure safety regulations and DOT requirements are followed.
