Jimco Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a full-time Cart/Equipment Maintenance Technician/Truck Leader to service supermarket facilities at night across Georgia, Tennessee, and the Florida Panhandle.

This field-based role combines mechanical service work with responsibility for a dedicated service truck and territory. The job requires strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and experience with preventive maintenance on retail equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot field issues and perform repairs on-site.
• Comfortable working at night and outdoors in varying weather.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year MVR.
• Willing to travel throughout GA, TN, and Florida Panhandle.

Responsibilities

• Perform pressure cleaning, minor MIG welding, caster & wheel changes and other repairs on rolling grocery store equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and complete field-ready repairs.
• Maintain and operate a dedicated service truck and coordinate with the corporate office.
• Work as part of a two-person crew in outdoor retail environments.
• Accurately record time worked and tasks performed.
