Job summary

Jimco Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a full-time Cart/Equipment Maintenance Technician/Truck Leader to service supermarket facilities at night throughout Central Coastal Florida. This hands-on, field-based role operates as a two-person crew with a dedicated service truck.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently outdoors in varying weather. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and accurate time and task

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot field issues.
• Two-person crew experience or ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Night shifts and outdoor work in varied weather conditions are required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year MVR record.

Responsibilities

• Service shopping carts, floats, bakery racks, and related equipment.
• Operate and maintain the service truck and route plan.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform field repairs as needed.
• Record all time worked and tasks accurately for reporting.
• Coordinate with corporate office for maintenance and repairs.
