Jimco Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a full-time Cart/Equipment Maintenance Technician/Truck Leader to service supermarket facilities at night across Northern, Central and Southern Florida. The role combines mechanical service work with responsibility for a dedicated service truck and an assigned territory.

This hands-on, field-based position operates as a two-person crew and requires strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently in outdoor retail environments.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience for repairs on rolling grocery store equipment.
• Preventive maintenance on industrial or retail equipment.
• Troubleshooting field issues and performing repairs.
• Ability to work nights and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsabilités

• Pressure cleaning and minor repairs of shopping carts, bakery racks, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on retail equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and complete field-ready repairs.
• Travel up to 75% and operate as a two-person or single-person crew as required.
• Record all time worked and maintenance tasks accurately.
